Caulking & Sealants

GRANT'S install Caulking and Sealants on new & existing paving, as well as exterior glass and metal storefronts. We also apply sealants to interior architectural substrates, concrete floors, metal, fiberglass, and concrete wall panels expansion joints. The wet-glazing techniques we provide gives a seamless water tight seal. Our professionally-trained employees are proficient in the application and installation of Urethanes, Epoxies, Silicones and Polyurea Sealants. We operate Scaffolding and Boom Lifts by OSHA standards while installing our sealant material with utmost safety.

Waterproof & Coatings

GRANT'S Waterproofing and Coating services encompasses several different types of waterproofing to fit the needs of the project and its conditions. Bentonite, Sheet Applied and Fluid Applied systems are some of the common products used to stop moisture intrusion below grade. We also uses Cementous, Liquid Elastomeric Membranes and Penetrating Clear Sealers for the above grade waterproofing. Our professional installation prevents water infiltration in Buildings, Parking Garages, Basements, Elevator Pits for new and existing structures.
